Insurance Defense Legal Assistant (Plano - HYBRID REMOTE)

NATIONAL Insurance Defense Litigation Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Insurance Defense Legal Assistant to join its DALLAS office located near Plano. (HYBRID REMOTE - You can work from home TWO (2) days per week).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 3+ years experience as a TEXAS FIRST PARTY PROPERTY - OR - BODILY INJURY INSURANCE DEFENSE LEGAL ASSISTANT. The duties for this position are more in line with a "Legal Assistant" position than a "Paralegal" position, however, future promotions can be considered.

SALARY: $65,000 to $72,000 (DOE)

DUTIES: drafting pleadings/motions, sending out discovery, e-filing, scheduling, subpoenas, correspondence, & calendaring. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
