INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION ATTORNEY-- Attorneys – Multiple Practice Areas | Full-Time (Remote Flex

Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking several attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Insurance coverage, Trucking, and General Liability.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas

• Proven ability to take and defend depositions

• Experience with making Court Appearances

• Experience drafting legal reports and engaging in motion practice
