About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to handle direct sales to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and maintaining strong business relationships with companies for various general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for general insurance products (health, motor, fire, marine, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, underwriting, and policy issuance
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely renewal of policies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing)
• 2–5 years of experience in general insurance sales (corporate/Direct sales preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of general insurance products and IRDA guidelines
