Locations: California (Remote)

Compensation: $158,000 – $190,000 + bonus

Work Model: Remote (California-based)

Bar Admission: Active California Bar required

This is a law firm associate attorney role focused on insurance and ERISA-related litigation defense.

Candidates Must

Be a licensed attorney (JD required)

Have 3–8 Years Of Litigation Experience

Have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

This Role Is Not Suitable For

Transactional attorneys

Candidates without litigation experience

Plaintiff-side attorneys without defense exposure

About The Opportunity

We are working with a law firm seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Litigation Associate to handle ERISA, disability, life, health, and benefits-related disputes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

Handle depositions and support trial preparation

Analyze claims and develop litigation strategy

Engage with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

What We’re Looking For

3–8 years of litigation experience

Strong writing and analytical skills

Experience With Insurance, ERISA, Or Benefits Litigation Preferred

Ability to manage cases independently
