Insurance Inside Sales Agent (2+ years)

Overview

Rhino Consulting and Coaching is representing a fast-growing independent insurance brokerage in Fenton, MI seeking a Licensed Insurance Inside Sales Agent & Growth Specialist to support inbound quote activity, manage underwriting coordination, and proactively grow our existing book of business.

This is not a basic customer service role. This position is designed for a high-energy, performance-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful client conversations, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing agency. You will serve as both the front-line relationship builder and a key revenue driver inside the organization.

  • Active Property & Casualty License (required prior to start)

  • Comfort discussing money, risk, and coverage decisions
  • High follow-through and personal accountability
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Drive to grow income through production and performance
  • Be able to provide at least 3 strong professional references for us to speak with

Insurance experience is helpful but not required to apply, licensing will be required before start

Projected Total Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
