Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized financial software to document findings accurately and efficiently
• Negotiate settlement amounts with claimants and repair vendors to reach mutually agreeable resolutions
• Maintain organized records of inspections, reports, and communications for audit purposes and future reference

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance adjusting, claims investigation, or related roles is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Proficiency with financial software used in insurance claims processing and estimation tools
• Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Negotiation abilities to facilitate fair settlements that satisfy all parties involved

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,900.00 per year
