We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team at Preferred Reports LLC. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within a specific region by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various clerical tasks within the region. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence in service.
Responsibilities
· Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently with professional phone etiquette.
· Exhibit high level of organizational skills, including data management and email tracking.
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of client and consultant relationships.
· Assist customers by providing individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service, and timely follow-up when necessary.
· Answer general inquiries from customers, assist in resolution of issues/concerns, and provide direction to the appropriate department, which may include interaction with distressed or confused customers/agents and/or insureds.
· Communicate with regional manager any issues with field representatives and their corresponding reports.
· Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
· Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Requirements
· Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is necessary.
· Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
