Important Notes:

• This is a hybrid role; employees are required to work from the office one week per month. Only candidates who are comfortable with this arrangement should apply.
• Candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
• The CTC is fixed at ₹2,50,000 per annum. Only those who are comfortable with this package should attend the interview.
• This is a non-IT position.
• Candidates with an engineering background (such as BCA, BE, B.Tech, M.Tech) are not encouraged to apply.

Job Requirement: Insurance Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze insurance policies, claims, and underwriting data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks through detailed data analysis.

· Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

· Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

· Support problem-solving initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to interact clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

· Analytical Thinking – Strong capability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.

· Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to evaluate issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data analysis tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Prior knowledge of insurance or analysis would be an advantage

· Ability to work from office in Bangalore (mandatory in training period).

· Must be a resident of Bangalore.
