Insurance Office Support & Sales Associate

Farmers Agent in Boulder/Gunbarrel area is looking for an energetic and professional person to help organize and grow our agency. If you already have your insurance license this is an opportunity to expand your abilities – if not, you must be willing to obtain your licenses (all costs covered by the agency).

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly customer service with an attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments, make follow-up calls/emails, update client account information, and implement campaigns focused on sales and retention.
  • Assist team in issuing new policies and onboarding new accounts. Gather information to run quotes, and build pipeline.
  • Depending on experience - quote & sell insurance products (and earn COMMISSION). If no prior experience, we will work towards this

Must have a willingness to learn, strong computer skills, comfortable talking on the phone & in person, great work ethic, and be reliable. Will offer plenty of on the job training.

Compensation will be based on experience, is Hourly with the opportunity for additional monthly Bonus and Commission.

PTO after 90 Days, Health Insurance Stipend, and Flexible schedule.

The position is 30-40 hours per week. Starting Compensation from $35,000-$55,000 range depending on experience and/or performance. If you have a knack for sales - then sky is the limit!
