Responsibilities/Tasks (include but are not limited to the following):
- Analyze claims and determine their eligibility under applicable policies and regulations.
- Provide claims settlement recommendations.
- Inform clients if claims are accepted and how payments will be distributed.
- Organize payments to clients/partners and repair or replace missing items.
- Ensure all inquiries and payments are handled promptly.
- Contact independent experts in case of disputes and attend dispute tribunals.
- Develop proposals for new car insurance policies to meet the evolving needs of potential clients.
- Ensure customer complaints are reviewed and addressed effectively.
- Participate in the car insurance contract process.
- Issue/renew insurance policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing insurance-related calls.
- Stay updated on insurance-related regulations and bylaws issued by the Saudi Central Bank and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure receipt of mandatory supporting documents required for claims settlement.
- Any other duties related to the position and contributing to the company's overall objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience:
- One year of experience in a related field.
