Insurance Officer

Urgently required for one of the largest contracting companies specialized in building power plants and Substations in KSA:

Insurance Officer

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years in the insurance field.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily transactions for all types of insurance (Medical, Motors, Properties, Projects, Marine).
2. Prepare and manage insurance reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
3. Respond to calls from company members regarding insurance issues.
4. Coordinate with insurance companies regarding policy issues.
5. Meet with employees to process claims and requests (Medical Insurance) and arrange reimbursements.
6. Coordinate with responsible personnel for Motor and Equipment damages to collect necessary documents, process claims, and follow up until resolution.
7. Assist the Insurance Head in designing insurance policies and preparing insurance studies for senior management.
8. Maintain all related files and records.
