About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Placement & Servicing:

• Manage quotes and placements for new business and renewals
• Oversee post-placement servicing including:

1. Policy drafting and issuance
2. Endorsements
3. Claims coordination
4. Client query resolution

• Prepare and scrutinize placement slips and policy documents
• Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and service quality standards

Client & Sales Collaboration:

• Analyze client requirements in coordination with the sales team
• Present analysis findings and gap assessments to clients
• Document client feedback and ensure follow-through

Insurer Engagement & Negotiation:

• Liaise with insurance companies for quotes
• Prepare Quotes Comparison Reports
• Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers
• Maintain strong insurer relationships and market intelligence

Reporting & Compliance:

• Enter RFQs and proposal details into internal databases
• Generate and maintain business reports and dashboards
• Share status updates with the Head of Placement
