Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 international law firm , is seeking a driven junior- to m id-level Associate Attorney to join its Chambers-ranked Insurance Recovery Practice Group(link removed) This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for policyholders in high-stakes disputes, helping clients enforce their rights under complex commercial insurance policies across a wide range of industries.






Candidate Profile



  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing

  • 2+ years of substantive experience in insurance recovery litigation

    • OR 1 year of experience and a federal judicial clerkship



  • Prior experience representing policyholders at an AmLaw 200 firm or boutique practice preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills




Key Responsibilities



  • Represent policyholders in disputes against insurers across a variety of commercial insurance policies and coverage types

  • Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

  • Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and provide strategic advice to clients

  • Collaborate closely with a team of nationally recognized insurance recovery attorneys to deliver high-quality, results-oriented representation

Compensation & Benefits




  • Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $210,000 to $390,000, as determined by experience and market factors

  • Bonus eligibility
