Insurance Restoration Estimator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by preparing accurate estimates for construction projects. This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes, cost control, and project management. The Estimator will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all estimates are comprehensive and aligned with project goals.

Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects using industry-standard software such as Xactimate and Cotality.
• Work within TPA portals and timelines.
• Mostly work remote besides site visits and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Insurance restoration estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Xactimate and Cotality.
• Solid understanding of restoration and construction and able to provide solid estimates that do not need to be corrected repeatedly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
