Insurance Restoration Specialist /

Overview

Arrow Construction is seeking driven, outgoing sales professionals to join our growing restoration team.

This position focuses on generating new business and helping homeowners rebuild after fire, water, or storm damage. The ideal candidate is confident approaching homeowners, building trust quickly, and guiding them through the restoration process from the first conversation to signed contract.

This is a sales-driven position with strong earning potential for individuals who are motivated, persistent, and comfortable working in the field.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Respond to and pursue opportunities involving fire, water, or property damage restoration
• Meet with homeowners to assess property damage and explain restoration options
• Guide customers through the restoration process and assist with insurance claim coordination when needed
• Present proposals and close restoration and construction projects
• Build relationships with property owners, property managers, and insurance professionals
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the restoration process
• Document project details and customer interactions using company systems
• Work with production teams to ensure projects move smoothly from contract to completion

• Confident personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable approaching new customers and starting conversations
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs when necessary

Preferred Experience

• Outside sales
• Construction or restoration
• Insurance restoration or roofing sales
• Customer service or relationship-based sales

Familiarity with AccuLynx or Xactimate is a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
