About the Role

A leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join its growing team. This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in insurance sales who are driven to exceed targets and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the department head.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and existing client relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Drive acquisition of new accounts and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Support clients with policy renewals, queries, and claims in a professional and timely manner.
Candidate Requirements
  • Must be a Saudi national or have a Saudi parent.
  • 3 to 15 years of experience in the insurance or brokerage industry, preferably in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services including: medical, motor, property, liability, marine, and life.
  • Proven negotiation skills to secure competitive terms with insurers.
  • Understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and pricing.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written) with clients and insurers.
  • Reliability in managing follow-ups, meeting deadlines, and honoring client commitments.
  • Familiarity with policy issuance workflows and related documentation.
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals and sales documentation.
  • Strong resilience and motivation to achieve targets despite challenges or rejection.
  • Professional email and correspondence etiquette.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
