We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and build long-term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with labs, doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers.
- Drive business development activities and expand channel partnerships.
- Generate leads, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Analyze sales performance and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
-Preffered: Eperienece working in the health and motor sales industry, with strong understanding of customer needs, policy benefits, and partnership development.
Ideal candidate profile
- 5–10 years of experience in diagnostic, healthcare sales. or health and motor insurance sales.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
- Target-driven with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
