We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help grow the agency while delivering excellent service to our clients. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying coverage needs, and presenting insurance solutions that properly protect clients and their families. This position is ideal for someone with prior property and casualty experience seeking to increase their income and grow with a supportive agency.

• Base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 based on experience
• Year-end total of $75,000-$95,000 with bonus and incentive compensation opportunities

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, text, and in person

• Generate new business through leads, requotes, and cross-selling
• Manage and track opportunities within your sales pipeline
