As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business by making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and building trust, and setting up successful quote conversations. You'll have access to a competitive base salary, plus commissions, bonus opportunities, and a matching 4O1(k). Candidates can earn between $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Top performers can earn over $80,000.

Responsibilities:

• Establish trust with prospects, maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals for dials/talktime/transfers/appointments
• Follow agency best practices, corporate requirements, and state law.

Work Remotely

• This position can work remotely following a successful training period in-agency.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
