Main Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving insurance sales and market share targets
Managing and coaching a team of Insurance Specialists
Training bank sales staff on insurance products and sales techniques
Setting and monitoring KPIs for the team
Building relationships with customers and internal bank departments
Supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) during client meetings
Growing insurance penetration through new banking channels
Ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance standards
Managing reporting, activity trackers, and sales pipeline
Coordinating with insurance partners regarding underwriting and policies
