About Us:

Our insurance office has proudly served the Anderson community for decades. We offer auto, home, and life insurance. No experience? No problem! We'll train you as we get to know each other. If you speak Spanish, that’s a plus but not required.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include (but are not limited to):

• Basic front desk duties
• Greeting customers
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Collecting payments and sending past due account reminders
• Assisting agents with service work
• Claim handling
• Frequently using office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
• Handling cash deposits
• Making sales calls/telemarketing

Growth Opportunity:

You will transition into a sales role—this position is designed for growth! Licensing requirements and education will be paid for.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekends off
• Paid holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Anderson, IN 46013 (Required)
