Insurance Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance products
  • Explain insurance plans, benefits, and offerings clearly to clients
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
  • Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
  • Coordinate with sales/advisory teams for closures
  • Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • English mandatory; Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • UAE insurance or banking experience preferred
