Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance products
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and offerings clearly to clients
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Coordinate with sales/advisory teams for closures
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- English mandatory; Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- UAE insurance or banking experience preferred
