Insurance Verification Specialist

We are seeking an experienced insurance verification specialist. This is a full time position, with benefits. Hours are normal weekday business hours. No weekends. No holidays. No call.

Some duties/responsibilities that come with this job are:

* Fluency in "insurance talk"

* Ability to understand surgery benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, COB

* Ability to clearly discuss benefits and financial obligations to patients

* Understanding and familiarity with CPT codes and various surgical procedures

* Ability to handle some front desk responsibilities (mostly to cover breaks/lunches)

* Desire to work in a friendly environment
