Insurance/Financial Coordinator/FRONT DESK

Insurance Coordinator

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Verify coverage for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and insurance policies.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance coordination preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
