Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrensville Heights, OH, for an Intake Coordinator at Motivated And Empowered Inc. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, conducting initial intake assessments, collecting and managing required documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. You will also collaborate with internal teams, assist with case management processes, and ensure that clients are appropriately matched to services. Maintaining communication with clients and providing excellent customer service are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Case Management, including organizing and maintaining accurate client records
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Insurance processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with relevant computer software and database management
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or setting is an advantage
