The role

We're a fast-growing California plaintiff-side lemon law firm. We have the leads, the brand, and the team. We need a leader who can take an already-strong intake operation and tighten it: better training, better coaching, higher-quality cases moving from intake into case management.

This is not a sales-floor role. We're not asking you to grow the top of the funnel. We're asking you to improve conversion quality, build training infrastructure, and run a tight, ethical, well-coached team across our Woodland Hills HQ and our virtual LATAM staff.

You report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer.

What you'll do

• Master the current operation before you change it
• Build training infrastructure: FAQ libraries, objection-handling drills, onboarding playbooks
• Coach for conversion quality. Listen to calls. Catch drift early
• Run a virtual team with the same standards as in person
• Use AI fluently, aimed at coaching, training, and analysis. Not funnel volume
• Hold the ethical floor.

What you bring

• 3+ years managing intake or sales teams. Plaintiff-side legal experience is a plus. So are financial services client acquisition, insurance claims, and other consultative, compliance-heavy environments
• A track record of building training systems, QA rubrics, or structured coaching
• Hands-on AI fluency aimed at coaching and analysis
• Comfort managing remote teams alongside in-person staff
• Lead Docket experience preferred. Litify, Salesforce, or comparable CRMs acceptable
• Stable tenure history. We are looking for a long-term hire

We pay above the posted Southern California market for this role on purpose. We expect senior judgment, training discipline, and ethical clarity. We pay accordingly.

Compensation

• Base: $100,000–$130,000 (salaried)
• Performance bonus
