Intake & Referral Coordinator - Home Medical Equipment

Archer's Total Home Healthcare is seeking an individual with medical and insurance intake experience in home oxygen and durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS).

Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent phone skills, problem solving abilities, and must be able to follow tasks to completion.

Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, handling intake, insurance, answering phone calls, and providing customer service in a very busy environment.

Prior experience in healthcare related intake and referrals, insurance and benefit verification, medical terminology, HCPCS coding, ICD-10, call center and home medical equipment are preferred and will be given first consideration.

Hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday, with a one hour lunch.
