Our Intake Department is the first voice and the first impression clients have of our firm. This is where justice begins. We are looking for intake professionals who combine compassion, sharp communication skills, and the ability to quickly assess potential cases with professionalism and precision.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients calling the firm.
• Gather essential facts, listen with empathy, and determine potential case viability.
• Enter and manage case information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with attorneys and paralegals to transition viable cases seamlessly.
• Deliver an experience that is professional, respectful, and reassuring—reflecting our mission to fight for the Black community and underserved populations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior call center, intake, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills—empathetic, confident, and professional.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Competitive drive to meet performance goals while maintaining excellence.
• Comfort using technology and modern case management systems.
• Commitment to justice, community impact, and serving people at critical moments in their lives.
