Summary

We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team at Saeedian Law Group. In this role, located in Los Angeles, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their personal injury claims. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients navigate their legal journey and ensuring they receive the support they need during difficult times.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Gather and document detailed information regarding client injuries and circumstances surrounding their cases.
• Assist clients in understanding the intake process and what to expect moving forward.
• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and case updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case information in our database.
• Provide bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing communication and understanding.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to obtain necessary documentation related to client injuries.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards throughout the intake process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a legal or medical environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize with clients.
• Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with phone systems and client management software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of care plans or medical coding is a plus but not essential.
