Job Opening: Intake Specialist
Location: Aventura, office at Aventura Mall
Employment Type: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Intake Specialist who will be the first and main point of contact for our potential clients. Your role is to consult and inform clients at all stages of interaction, guide them through the contract signing process, maintain ongoing communication throughout the case, and manage the client database while fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and handling incoming client calls and inquiries.
• Collecting and verifying necessary information to evaluate cases.
• Consulting clients.
• Qualifying and filtering inquiries — deciding whether to refer the case to an attorney.
• Organizing and coordinating meetings, including traveling to clients for contract signing.
• Maintaining client and document databases in CRM.
• Monitoring and supporting current clients at all stages.
• Collaborating with attorneys and other departments to ensure quality client service.
• Training new employees (for managers).
• Reporting on KPIs and work quality.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience specifically in client intake and sales related to personal injury and car accident cases.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Confident use of CRM systems and office software.
• Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
• High responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients (for managers).
• Desire to develop professionally in the legal field.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hybrid format possible — office/remote).
• Friendly team and comfortable office in Aventura, near Aventura Mall.
