Title: Intake Specialist - Bilingual English/Spanish
Hours: Full-time position
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: Depends on your level of skill and experience

What would I be doing every day?
Our Legal Intake Gladiators report to the Intake Director and perform in a fast-paced environment with layered job responsibilities that include both legal and administrative tasks. Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greeting Potential New Clients over the phone.
- Inputting data in order to identify qualifying cases.
- Working with the Intake Director to send correspondence to non-qualifying leads.
- Scheduling of meetings with the appropriate teams for new clients.
- Sending electronic sign up packets when necessary.
- Reviewing, scanning, saving, and organizing important documents related to cases.
- Entering notes and other data into the case management software.
- Monitoring and following up with new clients to ensure they complete their sign-up packets.
- Managing and overseeing new client email and working with them to get the information required to get their cases opened.
