Intake Specialist - Part-time/Remote, Rotating schedule Evenings and/or Weekends

We are seeking Intake Specialists for Personal Injury Law Firm - Rotating Evenings and/or Weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls in a timely manner
• Perform routine administrative tasks to support client sign-up
• Communicate with clients to obtain pertinent information

Qualifications:

• Available Weekdays Mon. - Thur. 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM and/or Fri. 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM and/or Sat. - Sun. 8 AM - 10 PM
• Previous Personal Injury Law Firm experience
• Friendly personality
• Exceptional communication skills
• Technological skills: Candidate must have experience or the ability to quickly learn how to use various digital devices (computers and smartphones) and interfaces (email, digital signing platforms, etc.) to communicate, share and retrieve information with clients
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Compensation:

Base pay:

• The after-hours Weekday compensation will be $50.00 per night. *If a paid holiday (as listed in our Firm Policy Manual) occurs on Weekday and office is closed, compensation will be $150.00 per night.
• The after-hours Friday compensation will be $100.00 per night.
• The after-hours Sat. – Sun. compensation will be $150.00 per night.

Additional Compensation for Intakes:

• Accepted or accepted not signed intake = $20.00 per intake
• Referred, Pending or Rejected intake = $5.00 per intake
• Digital Sign up (regardless of s/u status) = $10.00 per digital sign up

Additional Holiday Compensation:

• ·An additional $50.00 will be added to the on-call period if the on-call period is on a holiday as listed in our Firm Policy Manual.

Pay: $27,663.00 - $32,000.00 per year
