Intake Specialist/Legal Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Intake Specialist/Legal Assistant to join our team. Must have prior experience in customer service. The applicant must possess qualities of being a self-starter, driven, and organized. We are looking for someone that is compassionate for helping others, an effective communicator, and possess a welcoming personality and attitude. Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all intake calls
• Enter all intake information into CRM
• Organize, scan, and file mail
• Organize faxes
• Effective calendaring
• Provide certain reports to the rest of staff
• Effective client communication

Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience
• Detailed Oriented
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in typing
• Outstanding customer service
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
