The Law Offices of Frederick W. Nessler & Associates, PLLC. is seeking a hardworking, highly motivated, and dependable team player to join our Largo, Florida office as an Intake Specialist/Legal Assistant.
We are a multi-state, plaintiff-focused law firm with extensive experience in personal injury and first-party insurance claims. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients while also assisting with administrative and legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls
- Conduct initial client intakes and gather relevant case information
- Schedule consultations, meetings, and follow-ups
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain and update client files and case management systems
- Draft basic legal letters and documents
- Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, receptionist, or intake specialist preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
