Integrated Management Systems Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Integrated Management Systems Specialist to join our Sustainability and HSEQ Department at Çalık Renewables. The ideal candidate will ensure the implementation and monitoring of all ISO standard aspects in alignment with ISO Management System Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, and Çalık Renewables’ internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Professional qualifications/certifications in ISO standards.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO certifications and management systems, preferably within the energy sector.
• Experience in implementing documentation system.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 27001 management systems.
• Develop, review, and update Management Systems Documents including policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, checklist, forms, and records
• Organize Management Reviews Meetings (MRM), with advance communication of agenda,
• Periodical review of open actions items of management review outcome and internal audit NCRs closure
• Plan and coordinate the Integrated Management Systems audits in collaboration with internal & external auditors
• Conduct frequent site visits to all assets
• Provide escalation, weekly updates and reports
• Take personal responsibility for the notification and tracking of quality activities and related database entry/data accuracy
• Designing training presentations and material studies for internal and external training
