Integrated Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that align with Manic Panic's brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, brand partnerships, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, influencer, and experiential channels.
Manage the marketing calendar to ensure seamless coordination of product launches, promotions, and key brand initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize future marketing strategies.

Brand Management & Partnerships

Oversee content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with and manage internal teams (creative, product, sales, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, influencers, retailers) to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or digital marketing in the beauty industry.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer engagement strategies in the beauty industry.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
Experience working with influencers, brand partnerships, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM platforms) to track performance and inform decisions.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience leading and managing teams (both internal staff and independent contractors).
Passion for beauty, fashion, and self-expression, with a deep understanding of the Manic Panic brand and audience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
