Telework: Hybrid remote/onsite, with typical set schedule at Government facility
Travel: 30-40% anticipated to CONUS and OCONUS locations
Salary: $145,000-$170,000
XSITE LLC is looking for a Production & Integration Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA to support PMW 160 to coordinate complex, multi site production and break down barriers / blockers to get production moving and keep next generation Navy systems on schedule, aligned, and mission ready.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Implement andmaintainorganizational programs in support of next generation Navyprograms;
- Oversee the production and integration of a next generation Navy Tactical Communication System across multiplesites;
- Responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and cross site coordination to ensure all production activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within programconstraints;
- Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Power BI, spend plans, contract deliverables, etc., and regular interactions with engineering SMEs, production teams, and programleadership;
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project costaccounting;
- Serve as the central communication hub for production status, risks, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to government and senior levelstakeholders;
- Ensure alignment between engineering, production teams, and program leadership while traveling as needed (CONUS and OCONUS) tomaintainoversight and resolve issues.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of seven (7)years experienceof IT production coordination, project management, or related defense roles in support of the DoD or Government Agency, as well as the specific LCAT experience requirements the candidate is proposed under. Seeadditionalspecific position requirements below.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum -Bachelordegree from an accredited university; field in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science desired
CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI with no Foreign Exception Package (FEP)
ADDITIONAL POSITION-SPECIFIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Navy tactical communication systems, C4ISR programs, or similarDoWenvironments
- Ability to manage production schedules, budgets, and multi-site coordination of complex technical programs, collaborating across diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’sinfieldin Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Scaled Agile Framework certification
