REV IV & Wellness is a boutique integrative health and wellness clinic specializing in IV therapy, peptide therapy, longevity medicine, and functional wellness programs. We are looking for a licensed provider who is passionate about preventive and performance-focused care.

About the Role

We are seeking an Integrative / Functional Medicine Provider (MD, DO, ND, NP, or PA) to perform wellness consultations, review labs, create personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving optimal health. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a competitive commission-based structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrative/functional medicine consultations (telehealth + in-clinic)
• Review lab work and develop individualized care plans
• Support weight management, metabolic health, peptide therapy, and longevity protocols
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
• Optional (depending on license): regenerative treatments such as PRP or injections

Qualifications

• Active California license (MD, DO, ND, NP, or PA)
• Experience or interest in functional/integrative medicine
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional, reliable, and aligned with wellness-focused care
• Bonus Aesthetic Services Experience

Compensation

Commission-Based Structure
Ranges vary by service type.

Exact rates discussed during the interview based on scope of practice and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available. Ideal for providers supplementing an existing practice or seeking part-time hours, with preferred availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
