Job Overview

We are hiring an Integrity & Compliance Manager – Esports to safeguard the fairness, credibility, and governance of our leagues and tournaments.

This role is not ceremonial.
You will actively monitor, investigate, enforce, and document compliance across players, teams, officials, and competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Competitive Integrity & Fair Play

  • Enforce fair play, anti-cheat, and ethical standards
  • Monitor competitions for irregularities, violations, or suspicious behaviour
  • Coordinate investigations into cheating, match-fixing, or misconduct
  • Recommend penalties, sanctions, or corrective actions

Compliance & Governance

  • Draft, maintain, and update integrity policies, codes of conduct, and compliance frameworks
  • Ensure alignment with league rules, federation standards, and platform policies
  • Maintain clear audit trails, incident logs, and investigation reports

Incident Handling & Risk Management

  • Act as the escalation authority for disputes, violations, and appeals
  • Work closely with league operations, player ops, and referees
  • Identify integrity risks and implement preventive controls

Training & Awareness

  • Educate players, teams, and officials on rules, ethics, and compliance
  • Support onboarding sessions with integrity briefings
  • Promote a culture of accountability and transparency

Required Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in compliance, audit, or governance roles
  • Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in CA / CS / Law / Finance / Risk / Compliance
  • Experience in regulated or audit-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, trackers, or GRC systems
  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance (India-specific)
  • Experience in sports or esports governance
  • Familiarity with anti-cheat systems, fair play frameworks, or disciplinary processes
  • Legal, audit, or regulatory exposure
  • Multilingual communication skills (Hindi / English / regional languages)
