Intellectual Property Lawyer

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our growing IP enforcement team. If you are passionate about protecting brands, tackling counterfeit cases, and engaging directly in high-impact legal work, we’d love to meet you.

• Represent clients as attorney in mediation and settlement negotiations .
• Conduct counterfeit detection and evidence collection in the field.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, customs, and brand representatives.
• Draft, file, and follow up on civil and criminal IP enforcement actions .
• Contribute to brand protection strategies and client reporting.

• Law degree from a reputable university .
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills .
• Interest in intellectual property law , especially trademark protection .
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required).
• Willingness and ability to travel within Türkiye when needed.
• Prior IP enforcement or litigation experience is a plus , but not mandatory.
