Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intellectual Property Lawyer at ATG Law Firm in Istanbul. The Intellectual Property Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice on intellectual property matters, representing Clients in intellectual property disputes, filing and managing trademark, design and patent applications.

Responsibilities

- Active role in civil and criminal IP litigation

- Handling IP prosecution matters before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office

- Active role in client communications and reporting

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IP law as a lawyer

- Ability to provide high-quality legal advice

- Dynamic, self-motivated, ability to keep up with intense work load and pressure

- Admission to Istanbul Bar Association

- Bilingual (English and Turkish proficiency)
