Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Attorney (Trademark/Transactional)

The Philadelphia office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for Trademark/Transactional Practice Attorney with at least 2-4 years of experience in transactional IP work. Candidates should have experience in licensing, due diligence, nondisclosure, core agreements, as well as in clearance, prosecution, enforcement, TTAB and related contentious matters, and counseling. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players, have outstanding academic and professional credentials and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
