Provide support in the conduct of Cyberspace Intelligence planning activities in support of military intelligence support operations (MISO) and military deception (MILDEC) planning
Assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities
Assist in operational planning functions including the development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
Develop methodologies for tracking progress against strategic initiatives and policy implementation
Assess intelligence planning and recommend production adjustments as necessary
Identify, coordinate, and deconflict deadlines and overall scope for production requests and services
Develop, manage, and coordinate intelligence task lists that identify intelligence support products
Participate in Intelligence Planning Steering Groups (IPSG) to determine scope and level of intelligence planning support
Support Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations and facilitate intelligence estimates, Priority Intelligence Requirements, Center of Gravity analysis, and any other intelligence related requirements to support planning efforts
Review and report on Strategic Guidance applicable to cyberspace intelligence operations
Coordinate with targeting support for plans development and understand the J2 portion of the Combat Targeting / Combat Fires process
REQUIRED SKILLS:
TS/SCI with poly
MA or BA/BS degree and an additional 5 years of related experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree
12+ years of IC experience related to the position description (should be reflected in resume)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Demonstrate proficiency and timeliness in drafting and responding to tasks
Use of tools and databases, including Tripwire Analytic Capability, Palantir, MIDB, Cyber Common Operating Picture, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, Network Knowledge Base, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote
