Intelligence Solutions Integrator - Team Lead

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Minimum Qualifications:

Meets all qualifications of a Senior, plus:

• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university

OR

• Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

OR

• High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

Certifications / Clearance:

• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain CI polygraph

Special Qualifications / Duties:

• Supports intelligence information sharing and interoperability across systems and partner organizations
• Facilitates integration of intelligence data, systems, and processes across environments
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective intelligence collaboration
• Develops and maintains SOPs and documentation supporting integration activities
• Produces reports and briefings to communicate integration efforts, challenges, and outcomes
