Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Project Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ITS Project Manager to lead Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience, stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of ITS systems, system integration, and government infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and operations teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and resource allocation.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, invoicing, and project closure.
• Support tender preparation, costing, documentation, and submissions.
• Ensure successful integration of ITS systems and interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Software, Computer Engineering, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in ITS, infrastructure, or related projects.
• Strong experience in project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, system integration, and Interface Design Documents (IDD).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Experience with ITS systems such as Traffic Management, CCTV, Fiber Optics, and Tunnel Systems.
• Experience in government or semi-government infrastructure projects preferred.
• Experience on Abu Dhabi ITC projects is an advantage.
• PMP Certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month
