Intensive Reading Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate intensive reading teacher for Middle and High school to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students through tutoring and mentoring.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
• Participate in curriculum development initiatives to improve educational offerings.
• Conduct intervention strategies for students requiring additional support.

Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience in an educational setting, demonstrating proficiency in the following areas:

• Lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Education administration practices.
• Behavior management techniques.
• Tutoring and mentoring students of varying abilities.
• A strong background in fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
