Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Interactive Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft compelling visual content across digital platforms, blending innovative design with strategic branding to elevate our marketing efforts. Your creativity will directly impact how we communicate our brand’s story and engage our audience through captivating digital art and interactive experiences.

Summary/Objective

The qualified graphic design associate must be able to possess the ability and desire to work collaboratively in an artistic environment and utilize their skills in creative production execution.

Essential Functions

  • Experience in using Adobe Illustrator with a primary focus in vehicle branding and development.
  • Have a proven track record of creative experience.
  • Have experience in transitioning creative talent into production ready files.
  • Comfortable with customer communication and enjoy working in-person using technology to work collaboratively with potential customers and team members.
  • Work in a fulfilling, fast-paced environment with multiple daily task demands.
  • Enjoy working with clients in-person to collaboratively create a responsive brand.
  • Able to provide critical feedback for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Follows all safety rules, policies, and operates all company equipment in a safe manner.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a combination of office, showroom, and shop area environments.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required.

Required Education and Experience

  • 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Must be able to read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions as provided.
  • 1 + year experience in graphic design.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Fluent in Illustrator.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
