Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Intercompany Reporting Specialist to join the Globalink Group finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for intercompany reconciliations and reporting across all Globalink Group entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely submission of controlling reports to Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

Intercompany Reconciliations & Coordination:
Coordination and execution of intercompany reconciliations for all Globalink Group branches; preparation of reconciliations prior to intercompany offset proposals between related parties.

Intercompany Reporting & Controlling:
Preparation, review, and submission of intercompany controlling reports to HQ; ensuring consistency and accuracy of intercompany balances in line with group reporting requirements.

Closing & Financial Accuracy:
Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to intercompany accounts; investigation and resolution of discrepancies in coordination with finance teams across regions.

Cross‑Functional & Regional Communication:
Active interaction with regional finance teams to collect data, clarify differences, and align intercompany positions; ensure timely responses and smooth coordination.

Requirements & Skills

Education & Professional Qualification:
CA Finalist or ACCA Qualified; higher education in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:
5–10 years of experience in a similar intercompany accounting or reporting role within an international or multi‑entity environment.

Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong knowledge of intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting; advanced Excel skills; attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Language & Communication:
Upper‑intermediate level of English; strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Personal Attributes:
Team player with a structured, responsible, and proactive approach.
