Pope John Paul II Preparatory School is seeking a long-term interim English teacher to start on March 16, 2026. The position ends on May 22, 2026. Teaching responsibilities include high school English. Lesson plans and assessments are in place. The interim will prepare for lessons, manage grading and student feedback, and other daily classroom responsibilities under the guidance of the department chair. Additional responsibilities include leading an advisory group, attending Mass and house meetings, and other daily faculty duties as assigned.
 
Requirements: 
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and some teaching experience is preferred.

Participate in school community activities

Engage high school students at Pope John Paul II Preparatory School as an interim English teacher, facilitating classes from ready-made lesson plans and providing timely grading and feedback. Work closely with the department chair, lead an advisory group, and participate in campus life through Masses and faculty meetings.
