About the Role
Provide interim HR Business Partner support to Digital & Technology functions, partnering directly with mid-level and senior leadership teams. This role will serve as both a day-to-day HR resource and a strategic thought partner, ensuring effective people practices aligned to business priorities.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to mid-level and senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Translate business priorities into practical people actions that drive performance, engagement, and operational outcomes.
- Proactively identify talent risks, organizational challenges, and workforce needs; provide recommendations and options to leadership.
- Support leadership in navigating organizational change while reinforcing culture, accountability, and efficiency.
Employee Relations & Performance Support:
- Provide consultation and support on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant resolution.
- Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Partner cross-functionally as needed to manage sensitive or escalated matters.
Talent & Recruitment Coordination:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning, requisition alignment, and hiring strategy.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview alignment, and onboarding transitions to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Assist leaders in identifying capability needs and talent gaps.
HR Operations & Administrative Support:
- Support day-to-day HR needs including documentation, policy interpretation, employee lifecycle events, and process guidance.
- Assist with performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation and follow-through on action items.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years progressive HR experience, including strong HR Business Partner background.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with mid-level and senior leadership teams.
- Strong judgment and ability to influence leaders through data, insight, and practical solutions.
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management in complex environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Pay: $75.00 - $78.00 per hour
